備註

1. 小考：於每次上課開始時先進行 20 分鐘，考試範圍為前一週上課之內容。每次考試試題為 10~15 題選擇題，以英文出題，考試時可以查閱字典或提問試題意旨。

2. 期中考及期末考以筆試方式進行，出題型式為解釋名辭及問答題，出題數原則為 5~7 大題。

3. 書面報告以 4~5 人一組為原則，內容約一萬字 ( 約 A4 格式 20 頁 ) 。請選定一家可以取得第一手資料的組織機構 ( 規模不宜過大或過小 ) ，針對該組織進行深入之研究，訪談相關人員，並寫成書面報告，報告內容需包括本書各章之相關概念。
