本課程介紹組織管理之理論與概念，包括環境分析與規劃、組織、領導、控制等管理功能，使學習者瞭解當代企業經營管理之本質，並將管理之理論與概念運用於當前組織中。

成績考查

上課表現(含小考)(20%)、期中考（25%）、期末考（25%）、期末分組報告（30%）

備註

1.上課時間：每週三第2、3、4節；上課地點：L02-105教室。

2.考試：除第一、二週外，於上課開始15分鐘內進行。每次考試試題為10~15題選擇題，試題以英文出題，考試時可以查閱字典或發問試題意旨。

3.書面報告以3~5人為一組，內容分為兩部分，篇幅約六千字。請選定一家可以取得第一手資料的組織機構，第一部份針對該組織進行深入之研究，內容包括該機構組織名稱、沿革、經營理念、業務範圍、企業倫理、社會責任、組織所處之作業環境、規模等。第二部分訪談上述組織某一主管，針對一個特定任務(如產品研發、推行ISO、建立制度、產品促銷、組織改造等)，說明該組織推動及執行此一計畫所進行之規畫、組織、領導、控制等管理活動及其結果。

4.口頭報告：期末每組需準備30分鐘之口頭報告，其中前20分鐘為書面報告內容之簡報，後10分鐘為Q&A。
